Our clinical team can provide an array of skilled nursing services, including blood draws, injections, catheter maintenance and more. A dedicated supervisor who visits on a regular basis is assigned to each client.
Q: What is your approach or philosophy to customer service?
A: The most important thing to us is that our employees take excellent care of our clients. The client’s care plan is meticulously reviewed with each assigned caregiver so that they know how to best care for the client. Newly assigned caregivers are personally introduced to their clients by a member of our office staff.
Frequent supervisory visits are conducted by our Clinical Director, who is a RN, our Sales and Services Director and our Client Liaison to ensure that our clients are happy and that our employees are following the care plan. Issues are immediately addressed by the office staff.
Q: How have you and your staff adjusted operations and/or services to comply with COVID-19 safety measures?
A: We have developed extensive COVID-19 protocols. Always Best Care provides in-house testing of all employees on a monthly basis and, as needed, using the Abbott COVID-19 test kit. We will not allow an employee to work if the employee has tested positive or is showing COVID-19 symptoms. Each work day, employees must certify they are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have not traveled outside of our service area and have not been in close contact with anyone who tested positive.
Masks are mandatory at all times at all clients. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available to both employees and clients. Visitors may not enter our office without screening their temperature and signing a statement stating they have not knowingly been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
