Style & Stitch business owner Sheri Corey loves what she does, and it shows!
Providing full-service interior decorating with fabrication for your home, Sheri and her talented team transform houses into homes. Paint colors, fabrics, curtain hemming and construction are all on the design menu, as are custom-made slipcovers, pillows and cushions.
It’s no wonder Sheri’s experience shows in the detail of her work. She’s been doing this for 25 years after choosing to work from her homework room to care for her children.
“I had always sewn and started the business making appliquéd children’s clothing,” Sheri said. “I quickly transitioned while living in Crestline when a Good Friday storm came through and changed the landscape of Crestline. The result was neighbors adding the second levels on their homes, and I was in the right place at the right time to assist.”
Sheri loves giving special attention to her customers, sharing her gift for creating happiness for the home. To remain up to date on the latest, on-trend designs for her work, she stays connected through classes and seminars.
An unexpected skill Sheri honed as the pandemic heated up in 2020 was mask-making. Creating thousands using fun fabric designs, Sheri was determined to brighten the days of those living in uncertain times.
“I made and donated my first 1,000 for Fairhaven nursing home. Because we received donations for masks, we were able to send meals to hospital staffs caring for the most patients.”
Sharing happiness! It’s so Sheri.
