Birmingham Botanical Gardens will host a “Thyme to Read” book club discussion on Tuesday, June 2, from 4-5 p.m. at 2612 Lane Park Road.
The featured book will be “Night Magic: Adventures Among Glowworms, Moon Gardens and Other Marvels of the Dark” by Leigh Ann Henion. The nonfiction work explores nighttime experiences in nature, including glowing insects, moonlit gardens and other natural phenomena that emerge after dark.
The discussion is free and open to the public.
