Office Park Robbery Suspect
Mountain Brook Police have identified a suspect for Monday’s robbery in Office Park and another at Brookwood Village.
On May 4, the victim allegedly drove up in a black older model Dodge Charger, walked up to a woman’s car, displayed a handgun and stole her purse, cell phone and credit cards. She had been sitting in the parking lot at 201 Office Park Drive when she saw him drive up and park behind her.
On the evening of April 30, the suspect robbed another victim sitting in his car in the parking lot of Macy’s at Brookwood Village. After both cases, the victim was armed when he approached and after taking the items ran and then drove away.
The suspect is described as a black male 18-25 years of age between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10 and 145-160 pounds.
