Mountain Brook police reported a residential burglary and theft of property in this week’s community update.
The residential burglary occurred on Oct. 13 in the 3000 block of Overton Road. Unknown suspect or suspects entered the garage by forcing open the garage door and stole an undetermined amount of property.
Lawn equipment was reported stolen from a carport in the 4000 block of Wilderness Road. The theft occurred between Oct. 9 and Oct. 10.
