The Altec/Styslinger Foundation has committed a $150,000 donation to Mountain Brook City Schools Foundation to support its work.
Lee Styslinger III, president and CEO of Altec, pledged this commitment to assist the schools foundation, which raises funds to bridge the gap between Mountain Brook Schools’ technological, professional development and library enhancement needs, and funding received from local and state government.
Altec, headquartered in Birmingham, has operated as a leading provider of products and services to the electric utility, telecommunications, tree care, lights and signs, and contractor markets for over 85 years.
