Botanical Gardens Flicks Among the Flowers Movie
The Birmingham Botanical Gardens will be hosting Flicks among the Flowers from May to July.
Birmingham Botanical Gardens will wrap up its final Flicks Among the Flowers for the summer with a showing of “Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens” on Wednesday, July 20.
The screening will be held in the Formal Garden and guests are invited to dress as their favorite Star Wars characters to take part in a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded. Admission is free, but The Gardens encourages a $5 donation. The Gardens Cafe by Kathy G. will offer snacks and beverages for purchase. No pets are allowed.

CNPS: Mushrooms, Mycorrhizae, Magic and Madness: An Introduction to Mycology (elective) - This class will focus on the macrofungi, which include any type of fungal reproductive structure that is evident to the naked eye.
