Tom Sheffer, who founded Avo & Dram, will open Ice House on Cahaba, a Texas-themed restaurant, at 2710 Culver Road, adjacent to Barton-Clay Fine Jewelers. The restaurant will serve Texas-style barbecue as well as tacos, sandwiches and bar options. It will operate as a self-serve, counter-service only restaurant.
