Piggly Wiggly opened the doors to its new store on May 31. The new store, located at 41 Church Street, will mark the store’s reopening after it closed in its previous location more than two years ago.

Huntsville-based Progress Bank has announced it will open a loan production office at 200 Office Park Drive, Suite 114. It will be the bank’s first Birmingham-area location. Sean Johnson has been hired to head the new office.
