A Sid celebration in Crestline

Crestline Village was filled with purple and gold on Thursday evening as its celebrated Sid Ortis during Crestline Family Night. Merchants throughout the village donated a percentage of their sales for the night to raise funds for childhood cancer research in his honor as  the cause.

Merchants also extended their hours, and bands performed the parking lot in front of The Pants Store starting at 4 p.m.

Crestline merchants organized a similar event last year.
