Actress competes on Celebrity Family Feud for Mitchell's Place

A Mike & Molly star will face off with a Duck Dynasty family on Celebrity Family Feud on Sunday, July 12, and Mitchell’s Place could be awarded the winning funds. 

Actress Katy Mixon, who plays Victoria Flynn on the CBS television comedy series Mike & Molly as well as April Buchanon on HBO's Eastbound & Down, has a family member who receives outpatient services from Mitchell’s Place, a center for children with autism that was started 10 years ago by Mountain Brook residents. So Katy chose the organization to be the beneficiary if her team wins the competition on the show.

Katy's family members Fred, Donna, Emily and Joel will join her to compete against Duck Dynasty's Willie Robertson along with his wife Korie, son John Luke, and daughters Sadie and Rebecca.

The Mixon family will host a private watch party when the episode airs, and Mitchell’s Place staff and Board of Directors will join them to watch for the outcome.

Mitchell’s Place has the opportunity to be awarded anywhere from $5,000- $25,000.

The Celebrity Family Feud episode will air on Sunday, July 12 at 7 p.m. on ABC.
