Closings, garbage schedule this Christmas

In observance of Christmas, Mountain Brook’s City Hall will be closed Christmas Eve Thursday, Dec. 24 and Day, Friday Dec. 25.

City schools will observe the holiday break, which began Monday, Dec. 21, until Tuesday, Jan. 5.

Trash collection will not occur Christmas Day, and will be delayed for one day for the remainder of the week.
