Closings, garbage schedule this New Year’s Day

Happy New Year!

In observance of New Year’s Day, Mountain Brook’s City Hall will be closed Friday, Jan. 1.

City Schools will continue on holiday break through the end of this week. School will resume Tuesday, Jan. 5, which is also the first day of the semester.   

Trash collection will not occur Friday, and will be delayed for one day for the remainder of the week. For more on waste management services or leaf collection schedules, click here.
