Crime Report: March 19

One theft and one vehicle break-in were reported in Mountain Brook this week.

On March 18, a theft occurred at the intersection of Montclair Road and Cross Ridge Raod. Unknown suspect(s) stole a Stihl blower from a truck. Mountain Brook Police said in the spring and summer more suspects ride around an area and look for equipment to seal from trucks and yards.

On March 12, a vehicle break in occurred in the 200 block of Country Club Park. Unknown suspect(s) entered into an unlocked vehicle and stole money and jewelry.
