Distinguished Young Women accepting applicants for 2013

The Distinguished Young Woman Program of Jefferson County, previously known as the Jefferson County’s Junior Miss, will take place at Samford University on July 19 and 20 of next year.

The program is now appepting applications from any Jefferson County girls graduating in 2014 and looking for scholarship funding. There is no entry fee and applications for the pageant are due by March 1, 2013.

Contestants will perform in several categories including Fitness, Scholastics, Self Expression, Interview, and Talent.
