Park Lane demolition begins

Demolition on Park Lane Apartments began this week.

An official with Hoar Construction said that the demolition process would take about 2.5 months to complete.

Master site work like the removal of utility lines, relocation of sewer lines and bringing dirt on-site is happening concurrently to the demolition process. There will be no road closures during this phase of the Lane Parke project.

Construction on The Residences at Lane Parke, a 276-unit apartment community, will begin following the demolition process.
