Lane Parke Apartments win awards

The Lane Parke Apartments have brought home several awards recently.

The complex was named Best Overall Apartment Community, Under 5 Years Old and the Best Clubhouse by the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association.

It was also awarded a Grand Aurora, Rental Apartment Project, at the Southeast Building Conference in Orlando.

 “Having the opportunity to manage Lane Parke has been the absolute highlight of my career,” said Leah McDonnell, community manager for the complex, “so you can imagine how ecstatic and immensely proud I was that we won!  Beautiful apartments, a fantastic staff and our amazing residents all played a huge role in our success.”

The first phase of the apartments opened in June 2014, with the final phase opening last fall. In total, it features 276 one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
