Lane Parke construction to begin
The beginning of visible construction on the Lane Parke development should start in late January, said John Evans, principal of Evson, Inc., who owns the property. Evans said this would begin with the demolition of the existing Park Lane apartment structures outside Mountain Brook Village.
Evson, Inc. closed on their financing with Daniel Corporation on Dec. 21. After that time, Evans expected construction fencing to go up immediately. It will take two to three weeks to prepare the site by, among other things, securing sanitary sewer lines, he estimated.
