Police looking for second suspect for Office Park robbery

Police are seeking the identity of a second suspect in the May 4 Office Park armed robbery and subsequent fraudulent use of credit/debit cards.

Devon Samir Minter, 21 of Lake View, a serial robber, was charged with Office Park robbery, and arrests warrants were obtained for him on May 7.

On May 4, Minter allegedly drove up in a black older model Dodge Charger, walked up to a woman’s car, displayed a handgun and stole her purse, cell phone and credit cards. She had been sitting in the parking lot at 201 Office Park Drive when she saw him drive up and park behind her.
