by

Saint Luke's Episcopal Church

Saint Luke’s Church is currently collecting hygiene and snack items for the homeless.

On Dec. 24 at 10 a.m., Saint Luke’s will assemble the hygiene and snack bags. Church members are welcome to help assemble the bags. The bags will then be distributed at Boutwell Auditorium during a noonday Christmas Eve service. The service will include Christmas carols and communion. Shaun Pezant and friends will provide the service's music. Sandwiches, hot chocolate and coffee will be served afterward. All are welcome.

Items needed for the hygiene bags include travel-size hand sanitizers, washcloth, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant. Items needed for the snack bags include bottled water, peanut butter crackers, goldfish, and candy canes. Items can be dropped off at the Saint Luke’s collection box at the church.
