Theatre LJCC presents 'The Little Mermaid Jr.'

Theatre LJCC's production of "Little Mermaid Jr." opened June 6 at the Levite Jewish Community Center.

In the play, young mermaid Ariel longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch Ursula, and convince Prince Eric that she's the girl with the enchanting voice.

Adapted from Disney's 2008 Broadway production, this loved musical features the hit songs "Part of Your World," "She's in Love," and the Oscar-winning "Under the Sea."

Performances will be June 8 and 15 at 8 p.m., June 9 and 16 at 2 p.m. and June 13 at 7:30 p.m.
