Warrants were taken out Thursday for Jordan Savage, 18, in conjunction with a May 4 robbery on Office Park Drive, according to a Mountain Brook Police Department Facebook post. Bond for Savage, a McCalla resident, was set at $30,000. The warrants were for robbery in the first degree and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Savage posted bond and has been released from Jefferson County Jail.

Lake View resident Devon Samir Minter, 21, was also previously charged with robbery in the first degree and fraudulent use of a credit card in this case. Minter is considered a serial robber according to authorities, and he has been charged with similar robberies in Hoover and other area cities.

On May 4, Minter allegedly walked up to a woman in her parked car and showed her his handgun. He stole her purse, cell phone and credit cards. Arrest warrants were taken out on Minter May 7, and Mountain Brook PD announced May 14 they were seeking the identity of a second suspect.
