Hanson-Drummond

Ms. Cheryl Hanson of Mobile and Mr. Doug Hanson of Pensacola, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Marie Hanson, to Brett Allen Drummond, son of Dr. and Mrs. Michael Allen Drummond of Birmingham.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dovie Rombakas of Guntersville, Ala., and the late Betty LaGrave of Indianapolis, Ind.

Miss Hanson is a graduate of McGill Toolen High School in Mobile and Auburn University. She is a pharmaceutical sales representative with Strativa in Huntsville.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Amason of Tuscaloosa, Mr. Garry Drummond and Mrs. Barry Hoehn both of Birmingham.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Mountain Brook High School and the University of Mississippi. He works as a project manager for LIV Development in Birmingham.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 7 at the groom’s family farm in Orrville, Ala.
