Coastal Conservation Association to host Crawfest at Birmingham Zoo

The Coastal Conservation Association of Alabama will host its 34th annual Birmingham Crawfest Thursday, May 5, at the Birmingham Zoo.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., the event will include a raffle and silent auction featuring hunting trips, fishing trips, BOTE paddle boards, fishing tackle, Raymarine Dragonfly HD GPS/Sonar Unit, Artwork, Coolers, COSTA sunglasses and AFTCO gear.

Boiled crawfish and shrimp will be provided by Crazy Cajun’s. An open bar and live music featuring The Billy Gant Band will round out the evening’s events.

The event will be presented by the Thomas E. Jernigan Foundation. Tickets are $80 for individuals and $150 for a couple. Admission tickets also include an annual CCA membership.
