Fandango Dance Club holds spring supper

The spring Fandango Dance Club supper was recently held at David and Susan Silverstein’s home.

The tablecloths were lime green, offset by the yellow greens of spring in the garden. The flowers were pink and white French tulips with a touch of spring ferns. Just Julia’s dinner began with appetizers of spicy roasted red pepper spread on mini croissants and chicken salad with grapes and toasted pecans. The entrée was pork tenderloin, garlic red skin mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and super salad with sautéed brussels sprouts and white truffle oil. Dessert was white chocolate bread pudding with dark chocolate bourbon ganache.
