Friends of the Emmet O’Neal wrap up annual book sale

The Friends of the Emmet O’Neal Library had a great turnout for their annual book sale which helped raise funds for the library this past weekend.  The group is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

Various items were available during the weekend book sale, such as first editions, collectors’ books hardbacks, and paperbacks from a wide range of genres.

The Friends of the Emmet O’Neal Library group is an organization of individuals and families who support the enrichment of the library through many programs which in turn make the library an exciting and fun place to visit.

Friends of the Emmet O'Neal Library accept book donations throughout the year in preparation for the annual book sale. Those interested in donating books to the library can simply drop off gently-used books at the back door of the library and ask for a receipt.
