Mountain Brook Holiday Parade celebrates the season

The Mountain Brook Holiday parade took place during a warm, sunny December afternoon. The 70 degree weather may not have felt like Christmas, but the atmosphere made up for it.

Una Voce performed Christmas carols before the start of the parade, while Red Mountain handed out hot chocolate and coffee. 

The parade was sponsored by Swoop, a local Mountain Brook boutique in Mountain Brook Village.

The parade began at Office Park and looped through the Village, as families lined the path, cheering and hopeful for candy to be tossed their way.

Afterwards, Santa made an appearance for photos.
