Resident looking for walking stick lost during snow storm

Helen McDavid lost her neighbor’s walking stick during the snow storm on Jan. 28 and is asking Mountain Brook residents to help her find it.

McDavid left the walking stick along Overbrook Road on the curve between Dell Road and Beechwood Road when she stopped to help cars that were stuck and subsequently has been able to find it.

The hand carved stick is hand painted with birds, and there is a leather strap on top.
