Table Matters to host author Clinton Smith for book signing

Table Matters in Mountain Brook Village will be hosting a book signing event Thursday, Nov. 5 featuring author and Editor in Chief of Veranda magazine, Clinton Smith.

From noon to 2 p.m., Smith will be signing copies of his latest book, “Veranda The Romance of Flowers.”

The book, published in October of this year, is a compilation of the various floral arrangements and flowers featured in Veranda. Smith is the book’s author and curator. The book also contains a foreword by Aerin Lauder.

According to the book’s description on various websites, the featured designs range from simple glass vase arrangements to elaborate centerpieces.
