Wellhouse founder to speak at MBBC

Tajaun McCarty discuss her own escape from sex-trafficking slavery and the ministry she now runs Mat ountain Brook Baptist this month. The ladies spring dinner will be held Sunday, April 12 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the church’s Heritage Hall. 

 McCarty’s ministry, Wellhouse, now houses 20 women who have been rescued from human trafficking in Birmingham. Her story has also been featured in Good Housekeeping magazine. She will also answer questions and address how others can help make a difference. 

Tickets can be purchased for $5 at the door and include a light dinner.
