Brookwood Forest Elementary’s Ranger PTO held its first Brown Bag Series event in September. Superintendent Dicky Barlow spoke to the audience about the importance of deeper learning, the mission statement of the Mountain Brook School system, the Alabama College and Career Ready Standards and other topics of interest.  

The next Brown Bag Series will be held at Brookwood Forest Nov. 6 at 11:30 a.m.
