BWF brings back Brown Bag Series

Brookwood Forest’s Ranger PTO held its first Brown Bag Series event in September. 

Principal Nathan Pitner and Assistant Principal Christy Christian spoke to the audience about what the evolution of the learning process looks like at BWF. They shared the importance of building relationships, student engagement and teachers acting as learners. Pitner also led the group on a tour of the school and highlighted updates and projects completed over the summer. 

One of the areas Pitner showed them was the newly updated and remodeled library. Efforts by the Brookwood Forest PTO provided funds for the space, which allows students and teachers to learn and use new technology.
