CBS kindergarteners celebrate community helpers

Cherokee Bend kindergarteners recently finished studying a unit on community helpers. To conclude their learning, they took a special field trip to the Mountain Brook Fire Station. Then, the following day, the children dressed up as those who fulfill important jobs in our community. The students transformed into teachers, nurses, doctors, dentists, policemen, veterinarians, firemen, artists, principals, judges and the like, just to name a few.
