Chiefs cheer for Red & Yellow Run

Cherokee Bend Students recently gathered for a pep rally to celebrate the second annual Red & Yellow Run. 

The 1-mile untimed run is all about having fun. Following the run, an after party on the school’s fields will include dinner, drawings and music. Registration is currently open to Cherokee Bend students, parents, siblings and neighbors.

You do not have to attend Cherokee Bend Elementary to take part the event, but you do have to register each person on the Chief PTO website. The run is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 4, at 4 p.m., with the party immediately following. 

Proceeds from the colorful run go directly back to the school.
