Colonial Day at CBS

Cherokee Bend fifth-grade students bared the cold weather to learn about the Colonial Times recently.  

They heard Harold Batie talk about the Revolutionary War. He is a member of the Sons of the Amerian Revolution and goes around to schools and teaches the children. The children also learned how to make quilts.
