MBHS seniors dance in NYC parade

Fifteen senior Dorians and cheerleaders participated in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade under the direction of Spirit of America Productions.  

The group spent a week in New York City sightseeing and rehearsing for their performance on Thanksgiving Day.  The parade culminated in Herald Square with a televised performance of the routine they spent the week rehearsing.

Participants included Sidnie Adair, Callie Anderson, Evalyn Bargeron, Mary Rives Drake, Kara Gravlee, Katherine Harris, Claudia Rose Keating, Emily Owen Mendelsohn, Mary Katherine Moore, Mary Pat Rodrigues, Findlay Shelfer, Paley Smith, Annie Somerville, Mary Farley Stevens and Walton Stivender.
