Carroll launches aerial assault as Spartans defeat Carver 35-7

Jacob Carroll launched an aerial assault against Carver, leading the Mountain Brook Spartans to a 35-7 victory.

Carroll accounted for four touchdowns, two by air and two by land, leading the Spartans to a convincing victory.  The Spartans’ field general finished with 201 yards passing and 77 yards rushing.

After an early Carver score, Mountain Brook scored 35 unanswered points for the victory.

Mountain Brook (3-3, 2-2), also put on a defensive show, with interceptions by Carter Dukes and Austin Chapman.  The Spartans also featured ten tackles by Buddy Pell.

Next week, the Spartans continue their weekly improvement as they travel to face Hewitt Trussville.
