Lady Spartans open area play with Vestavia Hills

With the high school basketball regular season at a close, area tournaments begin this week with the girls are a play starting Wednesday. 

In Class 7A, Mountain Brook will face Vestavia Hills on Wednesday, Feb. 4,  at Spain Park, site of the area tournament. The winner will face the winner of the 5 p.m. game between Spain Park and Hewitt-Trussville. The winners meet Friday at 7 p.m.
