Spartans, Vikings to play Thursday night

Mountain Brook's final football game of the season at Huffman has been moved from Friday night to Thursday night at 7 p.m. to avoid a conflict with Halloween.

The Spartans (3-6, 3-4 Class 7A, Region 3) did not earn a playoff berth, so this will be the final game for the seniors.

The game will be played at Huffman's new stadium, which is located at the school at 950 Springville Road.
