Suicide Prevention: "Saving Lives One Community at a Time"

The AWARE gathering will feature Lisa Dunn, area director of the Alabama Chapter for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Her powerpoint presentation will provide an overview of the prevalence and risk factors for depression and suicide, dispel popular myths, and highlight suicide prevention research and education programs. It includes practical advice and a question/answer opportunity.
